Greetings friends,
It has been over three months since the Safer At Home orders started. We haven’t seen many of our furry friends in that time and we hope that you and yours are all doing well. As with many other small and local businesses we are slowly and safely continuing forward progress to resume a more normal state. While we continue to maintain a safe bubble inside the facility for the team and our students, we have news relating to our in person sessions.
As of June 29th, 2020, we will resume in person meetings for one on one appointments. This is optional and you may continue to meet online if you prefer. We will be limiting our in person sessions to one appointment per time slot. These will be held outside and the facility will remain closed to our pet parents for the time being. We will have a canopy, chairs and training supplies outside. Face masks must be worn and social distancing guidelines must be followed at all times. Hand sanitizer will be available and equipment will be sprayed with our virucide cleaning products prior to each appointment. If you are not able to wear a face mask please discuss with us in advance to see if accommodations can be made.
When you arrive for a one on one session call from your car and your trainer will come outside to get started at your appointment start time. We can only have one person attend each in person session. You may use your own device for video recording or streaming for another family member.
If you are not feeling well, you must stay home. Please email or call us as soon as you perceive symptoms. Do not come if you or anyone in your circle have had symptoms or exposure to someone with COVID in the last 14 days. We can always set up an online session with Google Meet.
If you need to purchase treats or other gear, contact us ahead of time and we can arrange for the purchase with an invoice online. That way, we can have your items ready for you when you arrive. If you realize you need something during a training session, we can still accommodate that, but it will interrupt your one on one session.
Please bring your own: Bait bag, treats, clicker and other training equipment, if your equipment is not at school with your dog in day training or boarding training.
